IMPORTANT: VISA - You may need a visa to enter the country. In order to get a visa, you first need a letter of invitation. The letter must be from an organization registered with the Russian Foreign Ministry Office. We strongly advise making a reservation with the Moscow event cancelled, then fax this Visa Request Form to +7 495 2258281. They charge 2500 Rubles for the letter.

Directions to the Lesnaya Hotel
Taxis from the airport are extremely expensive. A Taxi can run USD $100 or more to get to the hotel. Plus, you need to be vary wary with Taxi drivers in Russia.
As an alternative, the Metro system is as efficient as New York or the London Tube. (Station Names are written in English as well as Cyrillic Characters). Here are directions from Sheremetevo Airport to the hotel as a much less expensive travel option:
Take bus number #851. The bus will stop at "Rechnoi Vokzal" (the last stop). The ride costs 4 Roubles (less than $0.20 USD) and takes about 45 minutes. There are also minibuses at the airport that also go directly to Rechnoi Vokzal. They cost 20 roubles, take 20-30 minutes and are good only if you don't have alot of luggage.
At Rechnoi Vokzal, go across across the street and continue straight past the street bus station. Ahead is a Metro staion. The Metro costs 17 Roubles (less than $1 USD). You will take the Green Line (See the Metro Map - Green Line -top of the page). Get off after 6 stops at the "Belorusskaya station". Exit the station and go out to the city.
