You can fly to Macau directly, or you can fly to Hong Kong, which is most likely less expensive. From Hong Kong you can take a hydrofoil ferry (a.k.a. "Turbo Jet") which runs once every hour. (See Schedule Here and Here). It takes approximately 45 minutes by hydrofoil boat from Hong Kong to Macau. The ferry costs from USD $40-$80 round trip.
